Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to buy with complete confidence. Because gemstones are natural and individually selected, please read this policy carefully.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the stone received does not match the certificate / description provided, or arrived damaged.
• The gemstone must be returned unused, untampered and in its original condition, together with its certificate and original packaging.
• Certified stones are checked and photographed before dispatch to ensure they match what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sourced or specially procured stones ordered to your specific requirement.
• Stones that have been set, altered, re-cut or tampered with after delivery.
• Items returned without the certificate or after the return window.

Refunds

Once a returned stone is received and verified, an approved refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Buyback / Exchange

For eligible certified stones, buyback and exchange may be available on a case-by-case basis at prevailing rates. Please contact us to discuss.
