Dispatch Time

In-stock stones are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Custom-sourced stones may take longer; we will confirm the timeline when you order.

Delivery

• We deliver across India through reputed courier partners.
• Shipments are fully insured and securely packed.
• A tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched.
• Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days within Mumbai and 5-7 business days across the rest of India depending on location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed at the time of order. Insured shipping may be included for orders above a certain value.

Local Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order in person, or view stones before buying, at our Zaveri Bazaar or Thane office in Mumbai.

International Orders

International shipping may be available on request, subject to applicable customs, duties and regulations.
