Are your gemstones natural and certified?
Yes. Every stone we sell is 100% natural and untreated, and comes with a certificate from a recognised gem lab such as IGI, GIA or GRS. The certificate accompanies the stone at delivery.
How do I get the price of a stone?
We work on trade pricing, so prices are shared on request. Tap “Get a Quote on WhatsApp” on any product and we reply with the current price for that exact stone, usually within minutes during business hours.
How fast is delivery?
1-2 days within Mumbai and 5-7 days across the rest of India, fully insured. Stones are handed over only against OTP confirmation.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Every purchase is billed with a proper GST invoice, whether you buy one stone or in volume.
The stone I need is not on the website. Can you arrange it?
Yes – sourcing on demand is our core strength. Tell us the gemstone, carat range and budget on the request form or WhatsApp, and we source it through our Zaveri Bazaar network, usually within a few days.
How do I know which gemstone is right for me?
Our gemstone guides explain each stone’s planet, who should wear it, quality factors and how to wear it. For a personal recommendation we suggest consulting your astrologer first – we supply the exact stone and weight they prescribe.
Do you supply jewellers and resellers?
Yes. We are a B2B-first supplier from Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai, operating since 2004. Volume buyers and repeat trade customers get dedicated wholesale terms – contact us on WhatsApp to set up an account.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted as per our Refund & Returns policy. Certified stones can be verified independently at any recognised lab before you commit.
Can I verify the certificate?
Yes. IGI, GIA and GRS certificates can be verified online on the lab’s official website using the report number printed on the certificate.
How do I place an order?
Choose a stone and tap “Get a Quote on WhatsApp”, or send us your requirement via the contact page. We confirm the price, share live photos or video of the stone, and dispatch after payment with GST invoice and certificate.
