Products & Descriptions

We deal in natural gemstones. Being natural, each stone is unique and may carry minor inclusions, colour and clarity variations that are normal characteristics of authentic, untreated gems. Images are of the actual or representative stone; slight differences in on-screen colour may occur.

Pricing & Orders

• Prices are quoted on request (trade / wholesale pricing) and confirmed at the time of enquiry. Prices may change with market rates.
• An order is confirmed once payment (or agreed terms) is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid.
• GST is charged as applicable and a GST invoice is provided.

Certification

Certification (IGI / GIA / GRS or other labs) is provided where stated or on request. Certificates reflect the issuing laboratory's assessment.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or as agreed for trade orders. Please ensure billing details, including GST number where required, are accurate.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Gemstones are sold for their physical and certified characteristics. We make no guarantee of astrological, healing or other non-physical outcomes. Astrological associations described on this site are traditional beliefs, not statements of fact.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
